I teach privates, partners and have group classes in Sherwood Park, AB. • Corporate, privates, group classes. Yoga teacher, group fitness leader and run coach.

I enjoy and am passionate about many physical activities. In 2016 and 2017, I competed in the Crossfit Open. I run all race distances from 5Ks to ultra marathons. I’m equally comfortable stepping onto a yoga mat as I am walking into a gym or toeing the line at a race. And I’m not special, you can have this too!

I hope to motivate and inspire people to try things and move their bodies. Helping them to explore their own potential and heal through forms of physical movement. I want to lead people towards a deeper level of physical fitness and healthy lifestyle along with mental peace. I’m a motivated teacher who enjoys inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long term health and fitness goals. I am energetic and outgoing with a collaborative spirit and always bring my sense of humour.
